Places are limited and subject to acceptance, so applications will be allocated in chronological order of receipt. Registration deadline is 1st May, no requests will be considered passed this date. Once the application has been accepted, registration, accommodation and travel costs will be covered by the EMMA Meeting Organisers.
Each European country will be allocated a given number of registrations in order to ensure an equitable attendance of myeloma treating physicians from each country. In addition, non-European countries will be allocated a few places, as well.
According to the Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry the EMMA meeting Organization will not cover any kind of expenses for guests of Healthcare Professionals or for any other person who does not have a professional interest in the information being shared at the Programme.
